YOUTUBE KIDS AQUARIUM - FUN CRAFT PROJECT! FINDING DORY NEMO

YOUTUBE KIDS AQUARIUM – FUN CRAFT PROJECT! FINDING DORY NEMO

Visit to Sea Creatures Local Fish Store for some aiptasia eatting Shrimp, otherwise known as the Peppermint Shrimp. Hopefully they will destroy all aiptasia that I have in my Reef Tank. These Things have become a pain in the butt. Aiptasia stings coral and multiply in to many different Aiptasia.

You can also see the display tank that Sea Creatures has, I cant wait to see this All In One Aquarium stocked and filled with corals. It looks nice now, give it some time in a year.

I had issues with my Protein skimmer, it was down for about 2 weeks due to various issues. I eventually solved the problems, and got it going again. If you have any problems with your Protein Skimmer let me know, Id be happy to help you out.
I also got a new frag of some AGAVE PALY cant wait to get to grow more than just one head. Very Thankful to get my hands on one of these.

UPDATE OF THE 120G/45GCUBE NANO REEF TANK SC AQUARIUM ALL IN ONE CORAL REEF TANKS!

Peppermints have always worked great for me in the past. Try not to over feed the tank so they can do their job.

Your son did a great job with that diorama!
Also on your skimmer ,check and make sure the venturi intake doesn't have a salt plug in it.

Your lfs is quite cool! Be careful with peppermint shrimp, they are coral nipper's, you should've got a bristle tail file fish, they will eat your small ornamental shrimp, but rarely nip corals, and yes, they eat aptasia.

nice update bro. your son did a nice job. 🙂 don't think you would have any issues with the Jebao powerheads. I use two of the RW-20 on my 300G. good luck w/the aptasia. those peppermints will do the job. copperband butterfly will work as well 👍

That's awesome what your son did! Be careful with those peppermint! I had a couple of them that started munching on my corals. Never again!

good update bro, ur lfs looks sweet! I don't think 1 shrimp would take care of the aptasia, u would need a group of them to take care of the aptasia. when I had a aptasia outbreak, I got 12 peppermint shrimp, and it took them a hole month before they started to do anything.

"HEY MANG" you little Coackaa roach. lol. Awesome video again. I believe the all in one's like IM and JBJ are the wave of the future. Having a second tank underneath a display tank with PVC and plumbing ugh Old school and a disaster waiting to happen. Technology is catching up for all in ones. Imagine a big skimmer like yours that had a display cup that was rectangular instead of round that could fit the dimension of that 120 IM shallow tank rear sump? (just made someone a million bucks, ugh). Reefer girl is great got advice on battery back up from her. Too bad not more ladies in the hobby. GO RANGERS.

Good luck with the aptastia, I recently bought a Jebao dc return pump, makes alittle hum but only on three out of eight for speed, and removed my carbon/gfo pump also, slow start up, for only $66, can't beat it!!

If your shrimp vill not eat aiptasia you can feed some food to the aiptasia and then the shrimp will take the food from them and find out aiptasia taste ok and eat em.
