Good information, heard clams do enjoy a good amount of flow. A number of clam experts have mentioned on that front, lately, that as long as it’s not a one way current that’s pounding on the clam constantly, clams love flow.
Seems to be a consensus for most all of our animals we keep in our aquarium love good flow that is somewhat inconsistent. If the flow varies enough and it’s not continuously pushing one direction, most animals will do well. Keeping in mind the over all tolerance of each individual specific animal and where appropriate to place within the tank. Thank for your information again man
Spending money on nice equipment can be a hard pill to swallow but man, I have been running my mp10s since 2012. They have been running 24/7 for 10 of the 12 years and I have only replaced the wet sides for the first time last year. #notsponsered
I have a 50 gallon tank and it’s been running 9 months and I’ve got ICK that just killed 4 of my fish 😭. I’m frustrated and disappointed and I’m stressed out. I’ve thought about leaving the hobby, but I’ve started a hydrogen peroxide treatment from humble fish.
Thanks for sharing your experience.
